In the beginning I was skeptical, but still wanted to try it out. I made a mud bath of my shower. But after a while it is easier to estimate the desired amount. My hair looks healthier, have fewer buttons and seems to have more volume. Acquaintances who did not know that I had stopped with shampoo even noticed that my hair looks better. I can't live without :-)
