All the pouches of as long as your hair is well made of 'fabric waste' that is collected from the cotton industry. The cotton material that would be normal waste is collected and crushed into fine material. This very old traditional craft is very unique, organic and zero waste.

Process:

After selecting the cotton waste from T-shirts, this is boiled in hot water and grinded into fine pulp.

The next step is 'sheet formation', a thin layer of pulp is pressed on a frame.

This large wet sheet of 'paper' is then transferred from the screen to a stack of cotton paper press to dehydrate.

After this, each sheet of paper is hung for 14 days to dry. This is a difficult task in the rainy season.

Once dry, the handmade paper is transformed into all kinds of handmade products that are then sorted as with the packaging of as long as your hair is sitting in the right place.
